If you have viewed a property and are looking at putting forward an offer, we strongly advise that prior to, you ask any questions of concern, for example: possible structural issues, boundary areas, if appliances are working for example central heating, electricity supply.
In order for us to submit any offers in the best light, most of our vendors require confirmation that potential buyers have been financially qualified, prior to submission of the offer we will require official I.D; proof of address, evidence of funding and source of deposit.
If funds are being provided by a third party, these too will need to be verified.

As detailed above should you submit an offer on the property, we will require personal information to provide a professional service to you and our vendor. The personal information provided by you may be shared with the vendor, but it will not be shared with any other party without your written consent. We are obliged to retain a record on file.
It is strongly recommended that a survey is carried out and legal representation is sought.
